Terms of service

Welcome to Tee Shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms — we've kept them short and fair.

Orders. An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or was listed at an obviously wrong price (typos happen; a $2.00 tee that should be $20.00 will be refunded, not shipped).

Pricing & payment. All prices are in USD and shown at checkout, including shipping and any tax, before you pay. Payment is processed by Square at the time of purchase. Sales tax is charged where we're required to collect it. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Shipping & risk. Our Shipping policy (/pages/shipping) applies. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you on delivery; if a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll resolve it as described there.

Returns. Our Returns policy (/pages/returns) applies and is part of these terms.

Product accuracy. We photograph and describe products as accurately as we can; colors can vary slightly by screen. Sizing guidance is our honest best effort — when in doubt, email us before ordering.

Accounts. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may close accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

Fair use. Don't misuse the store — no fraudulent orders, no attempting to interfere with the site's operation, no scraping our content for resale.

Our liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and doesn't allow to be waived.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
