Shipping

Where we ship. Currently we ship to addresses in the United States. If you're somewhere else and really want something, email us — we'll see what we can do.

Cost. Flat-rate shipping of $5.00 per order — free on orders over $75. The exact total always shows at checkout before you pay.

Processing time. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your distance from Minnesota. You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships.

Checking on an order. Your order confirmation email contains a link to a live status page for your order — bookmark it. You can also look an order up anytime with your order number and email on our order tracking page (/track).

Wrong address? Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We can fix an address any time before the order ships; after that, we're both at the mercy of the carrier.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't moved for 7+ days or marks your package delivered when it isn't, contact us — we'll open a trace with the carrier and make sure you end up with your order or your money.
