Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

The basics

- You have 30 days from your order date to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached if they came with any). Try things on the way you would in a store — that's fine. Worn-to-the-concert is not.
- To start a return, open the order link from your confirmation email and click Request a return. Pick the items and tell us why — you'll get a confirmation right away, and we'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund is issued to the original payment method for the returned items' purchase price. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return was our fault.
- After we process it, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Return shipping

- You're responsible for return shipping costs and for getting the items back to us safely — we recommend a tracked service, since we can only refund what arrives.
- If we made the mistake — wrong item, wrong size shipped, defective or damaged goods — contact us first: we'll cover the return shipping and make it right with a replacement or full refund, your choice.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, the fastest route is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund — that way your replacement ships immediately instead of waiting on the mail.

Not returnable

- Items marked final sale at purchase.
- Items returned after the 30-day window, or in a condition we can't resell.

Damaged in transit?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging — we'll replace it or refund you in full. No need to ship anything back until we've talked.
