Privacy policy

We collect the minimum we need to sell you a shirt, and we don't sell your data. Ever.

What we collect

- Order details — your name, shipping address, email, and what you bought. We need these to fulfill and support your order.
- Payment — handled entirely by Square, our payment processor. Your card number goes directly to Square over an encrypted connection; we never see or store it. Square's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Account details — if you create an account: your email, name, order history, and any shipping details you choose to save for faster checkout.
- Email addresses you give us — for order updates, back-in-stock alerts you request, or our newsletter if you sign up.

How we use it

- To process, ship, and support your orders (including order and shipping confirmation emails).
- If you leave items in your cart with your email entered, we may send one reminder email with a link to pick up where you left off.
- To send marketing email only if you signed up for it — unsubscribe anytime.

Cookies & local storage. We use a small number of strictly functional cookies (e.g., keeping you signed in) and your browser's local storage (e.g., remembering your cart). No third-party advertising trackers.

Who else touches your data. Only the services that make the store work: our payment processor (Square), email delivery provider, shipping carriers (they need your address to deliver), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

Your choices. Email us at [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (we may retain records we're legally required to keep, like tax records of sales). Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email.
